• Access, reach and proven ability to identify, develop and close technology products and solution opportunities with end-customers or partners 
• Ability to transact with DigiCert directly for end-customer orders
• Commitment to and understanding of the governing laws of the regions of operation
• Financial stability and willingness to participate in a third-party validation business and financial validation as may be required
• Committed to training and developing their teams technical and sales capabilities

If you indicate that you accept the DigiCert Master Partner Agreement, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the partner. If you do not agree to the Master Partner Agreement, or if you are not authorized to accept the Master Partner Agreement on behalf of the partner, you may not register as a partner in our Partner Portal or participate in the DigiCert Partner Program. DigiCert reserves the right to accept or reject any partner application in its sole discretion.
